    主讲人简介:

    曾菊英,统计学教授,应用经济学博士生导师。中国社会科学院应用经济学博士后,英国约克大学访问学者。担任International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal编委成员、浙江省数量经济学会理事、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会高等教育管理分会理事、国际学术会议“The 9th International Symposium on Innovative Management, Information & Production 2018”联合组织主席、国际学术会议“ACIEK(Winter) - IMIP”出版主席等学术职务。致力于政府治理数济领域的大数据驱动决策、治理政策绩效评估和模拟应用研究。主持(完成)国家社会科学基金项目2项,教育部人文社科项目1项,浙江省自然科学基金重点项目1项,博士后基金特别资助等各类省部级项目5项、各类市厅级重点项目和横向项目10余项。以第一作者在Journal of Business Research、Journal of Cleaner Production、International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal、Management Decision、Economic Research-Ekonomska Istrazivanj、Sustainability、Asia Pacific Business Review、数量经济技术经济研究等国际高水平SSCI一区、二区及国内权威学术期刊发表论文近20篇。出版中国社会科学出版社专著1部、国际Springer出版社英文专著1部。学术成果获浙江省优秀博士论文、第十届全国统计科研优秀成果奖三等奖、第六届钱学森城市学金奖-"城市医疗卫生问题"提名奖及一等奖等共5项。

    摘要:

    Environmental regulation has stimulated the technological progress and R&D level on environmental-friendly patents for sustainable development. The 26 cities in Yangtze River Delta region adopt similar environmental regulations to pursue regional integration. The research uses Super-SBM model to measure the environmental regulation efficiency of 26 cities during 2010-2018 in Yangtze River Delta region. And it investigates whether there is social cooperation network of environmental-friendly patents among enterprises in 26 cities, and further uses the spatial econometric method to measure how the social cooperation network of enterprises on environmental-friendly patents contribute to the environmental regulation efficiency in Yangtze River Delta region. The empirical results show the environmental regulation efficiency for 26 cities in Yangtze River Delta region has been greatly improved during period 2010-2018. The cooperation ability and information dissemination ability for enterprises in each city have gradually strengthened the environmental-friendly patents. However, the information resources just gathered in a few cities, and the fact inhibits the improvement of environmental regulation efficiency to a certain degree.
