章琳云博士，现任浙江财经大学数据科学学院讲师。主要研究领域为人口和宏观经济。

2014年7月至今，浙江财经大学任教。

2011年9月－2014年6月，浙江工商大学统计学专业学习，获博士学位，师从李金昌教授。

2008年9月－2011年1月，浙江工商大学统计学专业学习，获硕士学位，师从苏为华教授。

2004年9月－2008年6月，浙江工商大学统计学专业学习，获学士学位。
