曾菊英博士，现任浙江财经大学数据科学学院教授，硕士生导师。主要研究领域为大数据驱动决策系统、管理决策、非参数计量统计分析等。获得浙江财经大学“优秀教师”(2012-2013、2016-2017年度)称号，担任Editoral Board Member of International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal、浙江省数量经济学会理事、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会高等教育管理分会理事等学术兼职。

2018年12月至今，浙江财经大学任教，担任经济统计专业教授。
2012年9月-2018年12月，浙江财经大学任教，担任经济统计专业副教授。
2010年6月-2012年9月，浙江财经大学任教，担任经济统计专业讲师。
2009年9月-2010年3月，浙江工商大学统计学专业学习，获博士学位，师从许冰教授。
2003年9月-2006年3月，浙江工商大学数量经济学专业学习，获硕士学位，师从徐川育教授。
1999年9月-2003年6月，宁波大学数学与应用数学专业学习，获学士学位。
2016年6月－2017年2月，英国约克大学健康经济学专业，访问学者，合作导师Marc Suhrcke 教授。
